Not much time left in 2011.  Are you considering a home purchase?  There are so many great reasons to buy during the holidays.  Here are my top 5 reasons to consider a holiday home purchase:

1.      Sellers are motivated.  Some sellers will find more motivation during the holidays especially if they've been on the market for a long length of time.  Their motivation to sell could be your open door to negotiate and have a win-win for both.

2.      Interests rates are at an all time low. 3.      It might be cold in many parts of the US but here on Maui the weather is beautiful!  The market is hot and now is a great time to get yourself into escrow on your dream Maui address.

5.      Inventory is plentiful! There are a lot of single-family homes, condos and vacant land on the market.  With all the current inventory you are sure to find the property you want a the price you want to pay.
