Aloha & Good Morning!
Today Maui will be partly sunny with highs in the upper 80’s!
The real estate market in Hawaii and particularly on Maui has been moving in an upward trend. We see the evidence of this every month when we review the sales stats from the Realtors Association of Maui. More evidence of an improved real estate market is seen through a lower unemployment number in Hawaii and a rise in property values. Below I've linked several local and national articles that specifically mention the lower trend of foreclosures.
Each week Real Estate Sales Maui updates the list of available foreclosures on our website. You can also link to those each week at the bottom of this newsletter. There are still foreclosures on the market and you can find a deal. Simply click on the icon below to see a full list of current foreclosures. Ask me today for more information on any of these foreclosure property listings.
** Currently there are no available foreclosures in land sales.
