Owners Exemption Info
If I helped you purchase property this year and you are living in that property please remember to file a home owner’s exemption no later than December 31st.
You have one week from today to file.
When the new tax year comes around in July you will receive owner occupant rates for your property tax here. The exemption must be filed this year to receive the benefits.
Please notify me right away if you need a form and I’ll get it to you immediately.
